  • Lateness

    To keep appointments running smoothly the following late policy applies: if you arrive more than 10 minutes late I will be unable to accommodate your appointment andyou will be charged 50% of the service as a late cancellation fee. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time.

  • Cancellations

    We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and will be banned from booking future appointments.

  • Payment Methods

    A credit or debit card on file is required to secure appointments but no deposit is needed.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple and Google pay, and cash. It is unlikely that we will have change so cash payment must be exact.

  • Refunds

    No refunds will be issued for any products or services provided. If you have concerns about a service please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to address them.

  • Guests

    Guests and children are welcome during your appointment. However, you are fully responsible for their safety and behavior during your visit. We are not liable for incidents involving children or guests. Disruptions or unsafe behavior may result in guests or children being asked to leave. Thank you for maintaining a calm and professional environment.
